- When connecting a site: technical parameters — equipment models, network parameters, relay access keys.
- Video data: not stored by us; the stream passes through the relay in transit.
How we use it
Data is used only to answer requests, prepare a connection scheme and provide support. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required by law.
Retention and deletion
Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the request. You can ask us to delete it by writing to hello@stonequay.net.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Web server logs may contain IP, request time and user-agent — they are needed for site operation and abuse protection.
